Travel-planning requests are not bookings

Submitting a form or WhatsApp message requests assistance only. It does not create a reservation, guarantee availability, lock in a price, or form a travel-services contract. A booking becomes final only after applicable details, supplier terms and payment requirements are confirmed.

Prices, availability and suppliers

Displayed prices, itineraries, inclusions and availability may change until a booking is confirmed. Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and other suppliers provide the travel services and may impose their own payment, cancellation, refund, baggage, documentation and conduct rules. The terms provided with your specific quote or booking control that transaction.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, destinations, prices and booking details before payment; providing accurate traveler information; and obtaining required passports, visas, health documents and entry permissions. Travel insurance may be available and should be considered based on your needs.

Email marketing

If you select email marketing, Sudad Vacations may send travel deals, package announcements, newsletters and related promotions to the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in an email.

SMS marketing program

The Sudad Vacations Travel Deals SMS program sends recurring promotional text messages about travel deals, new packages and announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing travel services. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
